We love our Holy Cow Couture Herd! Our live auctions are all about having fun, discovering one-of-a-kind treasures, and sharing our love for beautiful, handcrafted bags! To make every live shopping experience enjoyable, fair, and seamless for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our policies before claiming.

CLAIMING & PURCHASING

• All claims and winning bids are considered a commitment to purchase.

• Please claim responsibly! Once an item has been claimed and invoiced, it cannot be canceled or exchanged.

• First-time customers must text their name and email address to 405-612-8636 so we can send an invoice after the LIVE show.

• All auction items and accessories are FINAL SALE.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment is due within 24 hours of invoicing OR before our next live auction, whichever comes first.

• Any unpaid items will be released back into inventory.

• We understand that things happen! If you are unable to pay your invoice within the allotted timeframe, please reach out to us so we can discuss your situation. Communication is always appreciated!

• Two or more instances of nonpayment will result in suspension of live bidding and claiming privileges.

• Please consider this your only payment reminder.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

• Any changes or requests must be made during the live or immediately following the show, before invoices are sent.

• Once invoices have been sent, all claims are final.
