PROPER USE OF MONAT:

1. Shampoo twice with Shampoo. First application will not suds, second application will have a lot of suds!(OR keep applying until you get suds, this means its trying to get all of the gunk out!) For maximum results, leave the shampoo in your hair for two minutes before rinsing upon final application of Shampoo. 

2. Gently squeeze out the excess water.
3. Gently massage Conditioner into hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly.

I don't recommend cross applying different brands with Monat. Trust me, Monat is a one man show.
