It is our goal to help match our customers with the perfect purse and accessories! We also understand this is an investment for our customers to find the perfect purse, and we are excited when you find the perfect fit! We offer a flexible exchange policy to make it easy to shop with Holy Cow Couture.

If you should decide your purse is just not the perfect fit when you get it, we will accept an exchange for store credit within 14 days of customer delivery date. Holy Cow Couture does not issue refunds or offer free shipping on returns. Items eligible for return or exchange must meet the following criteria:

• The item was purchased from Holy Cow Couture
• The item is unused and undamaged (in its original condition, without leather conditioner or other treatments added)
• The item was not a custom order

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your item to Holy Cow Couture.

Holy Cow Couture cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a credit without actual receipt of the items. 

Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be processed once received. All returned items will be carefully inspected upon return for use or damage. Holy Cow Couture reserves the right to deny a return or exchange in the event:

- The item does not pass our return inspection 

- The account has excessive returns and exchanges in the past 

Store credit for purchase price, less shipping, will be issued by electronic gift card to the email used for the original order.
